Monarfloor Deck 18 - Resilient overlay platform floor / floating floor (FFT) system

Monarfloor Deck 18 is an acoustic overlay system designed to reduce sound transmission through existing timber floors where the timber deck remains.

Monarfloor Deck 18 is a composite tongue and groove floating floor system consisting of an 8mm layer of LRAC foam bonded with a high performance water based adhesive to 18mm moisture V313 P5 chipboard. Monarfloor Deck 18 may be used over 18mm chipboard, OSB board or a decking ply sub floor. It can also be used on steel frame floors over a sub-floor of chipboard or plasterboard.

When installed as part of a complete sound reduction system it enables a timber floor to meet the sound transmission regulations of Part E.
