Monarfloor® Wall Cap - Lamatherm™

Acoustic Isolation and Energy Insulating System for Separating Party Cavity Walls within Multi-Rise Attached Developments.

Monarfloor® Wall - Lamatherm isolates both masonry leaves of the party wall from the flanking wall, reducing the acoustic flanking sound transmission within the structure. Monarfloor® Wall - Lamatherm also provides ‘effective edge sealing at the party wall – flanking wall junction to reduce the thermal convection.  The system also acts as the fire barrier for the party wall at this junction.

Monarfloor® Wall Cap - Lamatherm is available as system kit comprising of Wall Cap - Lamatherm acoustic membrane bonded to mineral wool fire barrier, and Wall Cap retaining clips.  Product available to suit various cavity widths.
