Dealing With Wall Linings & Skirting Boards

• After screed is poured and cured Do Not cut off the Tranquilt upstands
• Prior to installing any wall linings and skirtings – fold down the Tranquilt upstand over the  screed surface
• When installing wall linings and skirtings ensure the Tranquilt isolates any linings and skirting from screed
• Excess Tranquilt should protrude from under skirting.
• Screed Must Not touch skirtings or wall linings
• Once the skirting has been fitted – cut off the Tranquilt flush with the face of the skirting
• It is permissible to apply sealant to the underside of skirting
